It is a magazine that was started to awaken both the conscious and unconscious minds. We endeavor every month to elucidate facts that go unnoticed or of which people are not aware.

When all are blindly doing and posting the fancy poses of yog asanas it is important to find out what actual Yog is? Our article in the October edition ‘Ashtanga Eight Limbs of Yog’ elucidated what actual yog is! In the November edition, we have highlighted the ‘Dimensions Of Human Mind‘ and their influence on our lives.

Owning a pet means bringing a companion into the family for all age groups. In our, this month’s edition we have highlighted why you should own a pet and ‘How Kids Benefit From Pets‘.

We all are aware that regular exercise helps us to maintain our body weight and shape but what we are not of aware is that exercise also helps in the proper functioning of the brain. ‘Role of Exercise in Brain Functions’! Read our article in this month’s edition and start aiming for a minimum of 30 minutes workouts daily!

At this moment when all are concerned about staying healthy and indulging in cardio and strength training, we hear and read a lot of Do’s and Don’ts. In this edition, we have busted some ‘Myths and Facts’ that have been stated about strength training.

  1. Woww…again a wonderful piece of article.Im a pet parent too and and know for sure how deeply and positively it affects the mental health.
    I personally liked that part of raising awareness for kids to have pets plus the section which highlighted the connection of exercise and brain…how beautifully all areas were explained including depression and chronic stress.keep up the good work…you two are surely an asset to us and society as a whole.
