Do you like to chew gum? Are you addicted, but feel guilty? Well to your surprise chewing gum actually can be rewarding. It boosts memory, a stress buster, increase neural activity, gives you a wake up and is a wonderful exercise for jaw and other facial muscles. It may be associated with a taboo as some misuse it to create mischief, but if done in a disciplined manner, it is a wonder activity.
